FRENCH FISH AU BEURRE BLANC

Everybody loves the elegance of French cuisine and now you will be a gourmet chef in no time:

Oil the fish of your choice and sprinkle our French Spice Blend to cover the entire surface.

Grill in oven, sauté in pan or grill on BBQ. Serve with a simple sauce of melted butter, minced onions, capers and a dash of lemon.

Add some more French spice on top, over mashed or cooked potatoes or/and a simple green salad with a light mustard dressing, garnish with spring onions.
