RETURN POLICY FAQ's

Thank you for your purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Q: What is your return policy?

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returns must be in new condition, unopened , with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item please email our customer service at orders@Bellalicious.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number palce the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For damaged or defective products, please contact us at the contact details above to arrange a refund, or exchange.

Please note:

  • We will accept a return of your order within 30 days of the date of the order if returned in its original condition
  • We cannot accept a return if any seal is broken or damaged.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  • When returning the order to us, please provide us with a tracking number and ensure you obtain a receipt and package ID for the return from the delivery company.
  • In the very unlikely event that you have received faulty or damaged goods from us, please inform us immediately by emailing orders@Bellalicious.com and we will let you know how to proceed. If you are not satisfied with the quality of one of our products, please email us and we will make it right.
