HAWAIIAN BBQ KABOB

Skewers and kabobs are great choices for grilling and the layered ingredients make for a beautiful medley of flavors and colors.

Choose your favorite veggies or protein (chicken, fish, meat, or pork) toss with oil and sprinkle with our Hawaiian Spice Blend before hitting the grill.

Stack coarsely chopped pineapple, bell pepper and sweet onion and thread your protein alternately onto skewers. Grill 15 to 20 minutes...

Serve with coconut rice (just substitute 2/3 of the water for coconut milk and add salt) and finish with lime wedges.
