JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN

Start your island journey in the kitchen with our spicy Jamaican Jerk Blend.

Cover Chicken legs or breast with oil and sprinkle our Jamaican Spice generously to cover. Marinade for min of 1 hour (or refrigerate overnight).

Grill the chicken over a medium-hot fire, turning occasionally, until well browned and cooked through, 35 to 40 minutes. (Cover the grill for a smokier flavor.)

Transfer the chicken to a platter and decorate with limes and fresh cilantro. Serve with coconut rice (just substitute 2/3 of the water for coconut milk and add salt.
