MEXICAN STREET TACOS

Make any day Taco Tuesday and celebrate life with a festival of flavors.

Marinate fish/chicken or meat in a simple marinate of vegetable oil, our Mexican Spice Blend, lime juice and red onions in a Zip Lock bag for at least 1 hour.

Heat remaining veggie oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add protein and cook until protein has browned, and marinade has reduced, about 5-6 minutes, or until desired doneness.

Chop your protein in smaller pieces and serve with diced lettuce in tortillas/crispy tacos topped with onion, cilantro, lime and sour cream /avocado.
